Jyoti is a Chartered Accountant by profession and founder of Tax Diva. Her former experience includes working with Big 4 CA firms such as PwC and Deloitte.

She specialises in Corporate & International Tax, Startup advisory, Virtual CFO & Compliance services.

Experience

Jyoti has advised number of multinational Corporates, start-ups and HNI’s with regard to inbound and outbound investments, international tax matters including permanent establishment risk mitigation strategies, analysis on royalty and FTS, profit repatriation options, business restructuring, tax due diligence and handling tax litigations along with business advisory and corporate tax matters.
